@skoobz the remarkable volatility of the social media landscape lately echos that which I find in our own understandings of mental hygiene, adaptability, standards, and so on. Churning fragmentation one minute, massless yet gravity generating the next. It’s disorienting...my bet is that we get something like boutique news outlets, which are social network silos of a sort, intentionally because of small scale shared interests, etc.

@chiasm category blinders cause the cognitive disso twixt demonstrably high capacity cognition and what seems simple. Pesky physical laws are causing the floor flood. When resources allow I use a calm quiet inner liner in the tub and fancy splashy design on the curtain outside the tub. And I shower in scuba gear..usually with an umbrella...so your experience might be different. 🤪🧐
