@jgamet Ensure you are on what Apple considers a secure network. Updates on my iPhone fail when connected to cox residential free-wifi with single token/password, but succeeds on my private wifi username/password or cell net with the auto hardware auth, if that makes sense. I mean, if I’ve made myself understandable. If Apples policies make sense it another issue...
